World Refugee Day Festival
Please join Catholic Charities on June 10th, for the World Refugee Day Celebration Come join us for a night of music and merriment to benefit the BKCM New Overtures Fellowship, which aims to provide professional development for refugees, immigrants, and asylees seeking careers in music education in New York City. Many volunteer shifts need to be filled: (Please note, people who sign up for volunteer shifts do not have to RSVP, but for those who just want to attend (all are welcome!), can RSVP here - www.bkcm.org/worldrefugeeday.) This is a potluck event so if you want to pitch in to buy snacks and supplies. We have an Amazon wishlist set up here. SHIFT ONE Set Up: 4:30 - 6pm SHIFT TWO Guiding and Craft Rooms: 6:00 - 7:30pm Performers and Food: 6:00 - 7:30pm SHIFT THREE Guiding and Craft Rooms: 7:30- 9:00pm Performers and Food: 7:30 -9:00pm SHIFT FOUR Guiding and Craft Rooms: 9:00 - 10:30pm Performers and Food: 9:00 - 10:30pm SHIFT FIVE Clean Up: 10:30 - 11:30pm
