Admin Case Management Support: Staten Island
We currently need a Volunteer Admin for Reception and Intake Assistance. This volunteer will be the first point of contact for people reaching out to CCCS for help via telephone and in-person. The volunteer will obtain pertinent information from callers; provide information and referrals to callers under the guidance of staff; assist with data entry into the agency database and archiving of documents.
Skills required: Excellent verbal communication skills, patience, pleasant demeanor, computer proficiency.
M-F, 8am-4pm Scheduling can be flexible but prefer someone who could do one full day or two half days at the least.
