2014-2017 Yonkers Three Kings Day Party

The Day Laborers Program (Obreros Unidos de Yonkers) is a program of Catholic Charities which provides services to the approximately 300 day laborers who gather each day along Yonkers Avenue to wait for work and their families.



With the support of St. Peter's Church, we host a Three Kings Party (Epiphany) for the day laborers and their families. There will be two shifts: 2-6pm where volunteers will help with set up AND 6-10pm where volunteers will be helping with the following:

  •         Serving Food and drinks                                
  •         Supporting with the Power Point slide show
  •         Check-In Station
  •            Distributing Gifts with Police - Many of our families are also adopted through our St. Nicholas Project and receive essentials like winter coats, shoes and supermarket gift cards.
