2015-2017 National Family Volunteer Day


Finally, a volunteer project for all ages! 

Family Volunteer Day is a day of service that demonstrates and celebrates the power of families who volunteer together, supporting their neighborhoods, communities and the world. This day is strategically held on the Saturday before Thanksgiving to “kick-off” the holiday season with giving and service. 


On Saturday, November 18th, Catholic Charities of NY will host its 2nd annual National Family Volunteer Day. On this day we hope to engage your family in service projects that will benefit the individuals we serve: New Yorkers in need.

Items will distributed throughout our program sites: Residences, Senior Centers, Foster Care program and more.

Additional Information: The event will be at The Cathedral High School350 E 56th Street, New York, NY 10022 around the corner from Catholic Charities' main office space.
