Gospel in Art
October is the month of the Holy Rosary! Join the Junior Board's Faith Committee for a Marian-inspired "Gospel in Art" tour at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Father Jason Smith, LC, will guide us through various depictions of Our Lady in art. The tour will take place on Saturday, October 14, from 12:00-1:30 PM at the the Metropolitan Museum of Art (MET) located on 1000 Fifth Avenue. We will meet on the front steps at 11:45 The cost is $5.00. (In addition, please consider giving a donation at your discretion to Father Smith for his time and expertise.) After the tour, please join us for a scenic rosary walk through Central Park, followed by lunch at a nearby restaurant.
