2018 St. Nick Shopping Day: Unloading and Organizing (East Village)
Through the St. Nicholas Program, Catholic Charities ensures that struggling families in New York receive winter necessities during the holidays – coats, gloves, blankets and more. This year we are looking to assist more than 800 vulnerable families.
Volunteers are needed to help support the St. Nicholas Project Shopping Day.
Catholic Charities and other volunteers will be "shopping" for these winter items at Kmart. These items will be delivered to our site in the East Village (2nd Street between 1st and A).
We need volunteers to help us unload these items off our trucks and sort through the bags of clothing by program/agency.
