Saint Rose Lima: Registration Assistance/ Computer Savvy
Are you computer Savvy? Do you enjoy giving back to your community in a meaningful way?
Come on down and help with our database! We need your help in collecting client and inventory information into our database. After registration is closed you can help distribute food to our friends and neighbors in our well-stocked pantries.
Schedule:
Every Thursday
9am-3pm
Qualifications:
Know Microsoft Excel and Gmail
Enjoy working with people
Comfortable sitting at the front desk
Bonus Skills (not required)
Bilingual in Spanish/English
What you will do:
- Work with our team to input data into our system
- Inventory
- Client information
- Greet and direct our guests as they enter the building
- Assist with checking in our friends and neighbors
- Help distribute food to those in need
- Smile and have fun!
