2023 XAVIER MISSION Soup Kitchen Servers and Table Bussers - Sundays
The Welcome Table at Xavier Mission is a soup kitchen that has provided over 800 weekly hot meals in a caring & hospitable environment for 40 years. Unlike many other soup kitchens, the Welcome Table prides itself on running as close to a restaurant-model as possible, with volunteers serving as the wait-staff for all of our guests.
Volunteers are most needed for our PM shift! EVERY SUNDAY from 12-4pm.
What you will do:
- Wait and bus tables
- Help serve food
Preferred qualifications:
- Able-bodied and able to move a lot
- Ability to lift at least 15 lbs
- Ability to help with cleaning and mopping
- At least 14 years old

Shifts: SUNDAYS - 8:30am - 11:30am or 12:00pm-4:00pm
