Youth Development/Tutors
Youth Ministries for Peace and Justice (YMPJ) has as its goal the leadership development and formation of young people for a life of peace and justice. We have found that the key to a successful youth development program is to be able to engage youth and inspire them to leadership through civic participation, while remaining attentive to their multiple developmental needs.
We are seeking volunteers to teach classes in topics that will help them be the best they can be. Topics can include: Art, Dance, Music, Photography, Yoga, etc.
Classes can be held Monday - Friday from 4pm - 8pm. The Instructor can choose to teach one day or all five days per week.
Additional Information: Class sizes range from 10 - 15 with an age range of 12 - 16.
