2026 CCCS Cardinal Spellman Community Day

Catholic Charities Community Services' Food, Housing & Community Program Division invites you to be part of something special at the Cardinal Spellman Community Day, the grand opening celebration of the Cardinal Spellman Center in Lower Manhattan.

As one of the first volunteers to welcome the community into this new space, you'll help create a warm, inviting experience for individuals and families as they discover the many services available to them. The day will feature community resources, family-friendly activities, food, and opportunities for neighbors to connect with Catholic Charities staff and programs.

Whether you're greeting guests, assisting with activities, distributing food, or helping families navigate the event, your time will make a meaningful difference. Join us as we celebrate a new chapter for the Cardinal Spellman Center and help ensure every visitor feels welcomed, supported, and connected to the resources they need.

Please note all volunteers will receive a Volunteer Shirt to wear upon Arrival. We will reach out in advance to request your preffered size.
