New York City Housing Authority completed the rehabilitation of Betances Houses, a public housing project located in the Mott Haven section of the Bronx. HUD’s RAD and NYCHA’s PACT programs were utilized to provide critical improvements to the physical site, tailored services, and preserved long-term affordability for residents.
Catholic Charities has implemented several social services programs specific to the individual needs of the Betances community.
