2024 CCCS Day Laborer Program - Distribution in Yonkers
The Day Laborer Program of Catholic Charities has helped men and women who are newcomers to New York earn a living and become part of their community. This opportunity will help you work directly with the newly arrived people and give them a welcome hand. Volunteers assist by keeping the stock in order and help during the distribution of clothes and more. Sign up for one or both shifts!

Time: 8 AM to 12:30 PM
12:30 PM to 5:00 PM
Qualifications and Skills
1.- Ability to lift at least 20 lbs.
2.- Ability to stand for long periods
3.- Spanish speakers preferred
What you will do:
1.- Help with the setup
.2- Welcome the newly arrived and manage check-in
3.- Help the team to organize the packages
4.- Help distribute the packages
