2025 Part of the Solution (POTS) Feeding The Community
Who We Are:
Part of the Solution is a loving community in the Bronx striving to serve all who come to our doors. From meeting immediate needs to offering long-term comprehensive services, we partner with each individual to empower them to reach their potential.

As a volunteer, you will:
- Sort, bag, and distribute grocery items
- Work in the kitchen preparing meals by washing dishes, chopping, or working near hot surfaces
- Keep the working areas clean and organized
Qualifications and skills:
- Volunteers should be able to stand for long periods of time
- Be a friendly face with a positive attitude towards all POTS team and clients
- Bilingual English/Spanish volunteers encouraged!
Schedule:
The following shifts are available Monday-Saturday. Depending on needs, you may be asked to assist with the pantry OR community dining room. Your timeframe will not change.
Morning Meal Prep, Community Dining Room & Pantry Distribution:
8:00 AM- 11:30 AM
Lunch Service, Community Dining Room & Pantry Prep:
12:00 PM - 3:30 PM
