Opportunity Details

2025 CCCS Bronx Hub Food Pantry

Catholic Charities Community Services Feeding Our Neighbors is our emergency food program. They distribute millions of meals to individuals and families who cannot afford to visit a local supermarket or grocery store. We typically provide a three to seven-day supply of groceries based on family size. Our food pantries, which are set up like supermarkets, allow those in need to stretch their budgets and prepare nutritious meals with fresh produce, meat, poultry, and nonperishable food items.

Join us at the Bronx Hub Food Pantry in assembling and distributing nutritious food to our clients!

As a volunteer, you will:

  • Help with setup
  • Stock fresh food on our shelves for inventory
  • Manage the line and check-in
  • Guide elderly clients down the hallway to the waiting area
  • Smile and have fun!
