2014-2016 Lott Residence: Senior Computer/Software Instructor

Overlooking Central Park at the northern end of Manhattan’s Museum Mile, Lott Residence offers a view – and a lifestyle – that is unmatched in New York City.  

It was acclaimed by New York magazine as one of the most highly respected elder care facilities in the region.  It is Manhattan’s only assisted living facility that accepts Medicaid, and serves as a state and national model for the quality of life that can be achieved for assisted living.


Volunteer preferred Saturday mornings, but days during the week are acceptable as well.

Qualifications:
  • We are looking for a computer savvy person who has a desire to assist older adults with basic computer skills. Topics can range from, "How To Search The Internet," to Word or Excel.
  • Computer teacher with lots of patience and who enjoys working with the elderly.
